We want you to love your SALT & STONE products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and body care products must remain unopened and unused to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from the portal.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original SALT & STONE packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
